MEET OUR OFFICE STAFF
Owner & President
Mark entered the Local 1 BrickLayers Union in 1978. He began carpentry work in 1982 for local home builders. He then founded BCI in 1984 and moved into the commercial field in 1986. He is our project estimator and lead manager.
Director of Operations
Shane joined the team in early 2019 to fill the roles of Estimator and Project Manager. He has been working in the construction industry since graduating from Penn State University in 2003.
Estimator & Safety Director
Tim graduated from SRU with a Degree in Safety Management and a Minor in Business Administration. He now acts as Lead Estimator in the Interior Division and is in charge of Safety spanning all operations.
Marcie is our long time Office Manager of over 30 years. Her duties include payroll, accounting, scheduling, along with other management responsibilities.
